1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the afc365 website at afc365.org and all associated services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, and crash games section.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses credited to a Player's Account by afc365.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a Player must reach before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register and use the afc365 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of afc365 or any of its affiliated entities.

2.2 afc365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.3 Players may hold only one registered Account. Registering a second Account — for any reason — is a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. afc365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 You must notify afc365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

3.3 You must not share your Account with any third party, permit any other individual to use your Account, or use another person's Account credentials to place bets or access casino games.

3.4 All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified afc365 of a security breach.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though afc365 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large transactions.

4.2 Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have been fully verified (identity and payment method) before any withdrawal is released;
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on any Bonus Funds must have been met in full;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible;
• Processing times may vary: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically completed within 15–60 minutes during standard operating hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

4.4 afc365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which afc365 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 afc365 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Betting Rules and Sportsbook Terms

5.1 All bets placed on the afc365 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail.

5.2 A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets for which no confirmation reference has been generated will be deemed void.

5.3 afc365 reserves the right to:

• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion;
• Void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet is placed, where this was not explicitly permitted as an in-play market;
• Void any bet affected by a palpable error in the published odds — including errors caused by technical faults, data feed failures, or human error — provided that such error was evident to a reasonable person;
• Restrict or close an Account that, in afc365's reasonable opinion, is placing bets in a pattern indicative of professional arbitrage, syndicate activity, or exploitation of pricing errors.

5.4 In-play betting markets are offered at afc365's discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Live odds fluctuate continuously and the acceptance of any in-play bet is subject to the odds being available at the precise moment the bet request is received by the Platform's systems.

5.5 Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published in the Platform's help section. Results will be settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).

6 Casino and Games Terms

6.1 All casino games available on the afc365 Platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted in real time by professional dealers in licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers.

6.2 The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and are disclosed within the individual game information panels.

6.3 Players accept that casino game outcomes are determined by chance and that past results have no influence on future outcomes. afc365 makes no representation as to the likelihood of any particular outcome in any casino game.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 afc365 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. The specific terms of each promotion — including the eligible games, minimum deposit, Wagering Requirement, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry date — are stated in the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

7.2 General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds may only be used to place bets on eligible products as specified in the promotion details;
• Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in all bet settlements unless the promotion states otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account after this period;

7.3 Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable Wagering Requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the afc365 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties in any manner that gives an unfair advantage in casino games or sports markets;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any financial activity that is illegal under Bangladeshi law or applicable international law;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the verification process;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by local law.

8.2 afc365 reserves the right to take all necessary steps in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to law enforcement agencies, and pursuit of legal remedies.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 afc365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from the Account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and casino access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block access for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely.

10 Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of afc365.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 afc365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, afc365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any errors or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or promotional information caused by third-party data providers;
• Any loss arising from interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure);
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits afc365's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Account Closure and Termination

12.1 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

12.2 afc365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that afc365 in its reasonable discretion considers appropriate.

12.3 Upon termination of an Account by afc365 for cause (including breach of these Terms), any remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be returned at afc365's discretion after investigation is complete.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 afc365 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 afc365 implements industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your personal and financial information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk in this regard.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 afc365 may amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided through a notice posted prominently on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your Account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

14.2 If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 Governing Language and Interpretation

15.1 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

15.2 The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
